In the summer the temperature of the lake can be more than 20ºC (70ºF) ! There are a number of beaches; the nearest are at Menthon (20 km/12 miles) and Talloires (25 km/15 miles). The temperature during the summer months is on average between 25 - 35ºC. After a pleasant mountain walk, why not indulge in some water sports?
